It's an upfront investment of $2,850 to get started and cover Month 1, and then an ongoing monthly investment of $450 per month for as long as you choose to stay in the program. Most people stay in the program for 4-5 months before landing a role, however, you can cancel at anytime.

Hi! I'm Karen Worthy. Nice to meet you!

My mission is to help executives like you find your right next role where you can thrive.

I have a technical background (engineering, operations, and supply chain), but quickly found that I was drawn to Recruiting and HR, where I could make a bigger difference in people's lives. I've worked at large companies (Amazon, P&G) as well as start-up ventures, and have helped many executives land roles in similar companies throughout the years.

In the last couple years, my team and I have helped thousands of job searchers with resumes, personal branding, networking help, interview prep, salary negotiation, and so much more.

What specific topics do you specialize in?

Anything career transition related is included. For most people, that includes resume, LinkedIn profile, cover letters, networking plan, job tracking tools, interview preparation, salary negotiation, and more.

I've already been searching for more than six months. Is this for me?

Many of our participants join after already job searching for an extended period of time. The job search can be frustrating and can wear you down. This program aims to help you reset, boost your confidence, and accelerate the remainder of your search.

I'm still employed. Will this work for my schedule?

We have many confidential job searchers as part of this program. When you sign up, we will find a time for the one on one sessions that fits with your schedule. We also record the weekly classes so you can watch them on your own time as well.

How long does a typical job search take?Your Title Here

A typical job search for those looking at the Senior Manager, Director, or Vice President level takes between 6-9 months on average. The higher the level, the longer it tends to take. People in my programs typically land a role in 4-5 months. I've had clients land their target role within 7 weeks of starting to work with me, and some that take longer than the average 6-9 months. It's very dependent on the type of role, the person's circumstances, and other factors. What I can share is that you will feel prepared, confident, and resilient enough to tackle this search.

What happens if I find a job early on in the process?

First, we'll celebrate! Most participants end of landing their dream role within 4-5 months of starting to work together, although everyone's experience is different. You will be on a month to month basis, with no contract or penalty for leaving at any point. Some of my clients choose to switch over to use me as an Executive Career Coach to help them with their first 90 days at the new company as well. What if I just want resume or interview help, and not the full program?

I've found that the best way to effectively help my clients is to get to know my clients, and this program allows for that structure. For that reason, I don't offer single session resume or interview help. Even if you already have everything listed in Month 1, I've found that there's a huge benefit to doing a baseline review as we get started in the program. It helps to uncover blind spots, and fine tune existing documents and processes. Everyone starts at Month 1, but the specific content of what we talk about in your strategy session can be tailored to your needs if you have a unique situation.
