How does it work?
Book Your VIP Day
Purchase your VIP Day.
Coordinate Date/Time and Focus Area
You'll receive an email and will work with our coaches to coordinate a day and time that works for your schedule.
We typically book 2-3 weeks in advance.
Complete Pre-Work Survey
There will be a short pre-VIP Day survey to gather information so that we can make the most of our VIP Day together.
Typical requests include things like current resume, links to recent job postings that you've applied to, etc.
VIP Day
It's VIP Day time!
We'll meet over zoom, have fun, and knock out your job search goals.
Each VIP Day includes 6 hours of time working with your coach. We typically split this into four, 1.5 hour sessions split across 1-2 consecutive days.
Follow Up Check-in
We'll schedule a follow up check-in call 2-3 weeks after our VIP day to make sure you still have what you need and answer any questions that have come up in the meantime.

Can I schedule more than one VIP Day?
We recommend that you schedule one at a time, but yes, you can schedule multiple VIP days to focus on different areas of your search.
How much does a VIP Day cost?
It's $2850 for a VIP Day, which includes any pre-work, the four 1.5 hour zoom sessions, any templates or tools provided, a follow up check-in meeting, all deliverables, and a meeting recap summary and video recording.
How do I schedule a session?
Once you purchase above, we'll reach out to coordinate the details with you. If you have questions, just reach out to Karen Worthy.
Who will be my coach in my VIP Day?
Karen Worthy will serve as the primary coach and will be there throughout the sessions. Depending on the focus of your session, she may also bring in additional coaches to support as well.
I need urgent help. Is that possible?
These sessions typically book a couple weeks in advance. In rare cases, I'll be able to accommodate urgent requests, but would recommend emailing me before purchasing to confirm.
I need more help than just a VIP Day. What are my options?
VIP Days are great to jump start or accelerate your search. If you want additional support, including ongoing one-on-one coaching, you should check out the Community options.
